Join the Wichita County Heritage Society!
For more than 50 years, the Wichita County Heritage Society has preserved the history of Wichita Falls. We’ve restored iconic properties across downtown—including the Littlest Skyscraper, the Holt Hotel, and Depot Square—and we educate the public about our region’s history through the Kell House Museum.
Preserving the Past for the Future.
Adopt-an-Artifact
The Wichita County Heritage Society’s main mission has been to inspire, educate, and preserve local history in Wichita Falls since 1974. This year we are introducing a new way for the community to get involved with the Kell House Museum. The Adopt-an-Artifact program is a unique way of getting involved that will help us provide the support in preserving our collection and Kell House history.
